Battery pipe cutter to shorten PVC and plastic pipes and chamfers pipe ends in the same operating mode.
Michann Tools – The pipe Cutter 110 is an electric plastic pipe cutter, designed and manufactured to shorten pVC pipes and plastic pipes, as well as to cut shortened pipe ends. It all happens in the same workflow, which is very time-consuming.
The pipe cutter is equipped with a battery motor – a practical electric motor powered by a rechargeable battery. This means that the Pipe Cutter 110 is a pipe cutter where you are not dependent on external power.
Pipe cutter 110 can be configured to handle PVC pipes in all sizes from Ø50 mm to Ø110 mm. For pipe diameter below Ø110 mm, insert the appropriate adapter.
Pipe cutters can be purchased with or without practical tripod – a tripod that is designed for just Pipe Cutter 110.
When ordering the Michann Pipe Cutter 110 pipe cutter, the pipe cutter is delivered in a sturdy and practical aluminum case, where the machine is safe and secure. In this transport case is the pipe cutter, a charger and 2 rechargeable batteries. We deliver Pipe Cutter 110 with 2 batteries, so you always have a spare battery at hand. After use, we recommend that you charge the batteries immediately so that they are ready for the next task. About 65 cuts per charging
We recommend that you also invest in a tripod. Here it is a practical stand that you can put up to the desired height. This tripod fits perfectly with the pipe cutter. When using the set, use the following roadmap:
Make the tripod ready at the desired height
Insert a battery into the pipe cutter
Attach the pipe cutter to the tripod
Hereby you are ready to use Pipe Cutter 110.
How to use Pipe Cutter 110
If you need to cut tubes smaller than Ø110, cut the cutter to the desired diameter. This is done by loosening the small thumb screw, after which the cutting tool can be adjusted. Remember to tighten the thumbscrew again.
Now the PVC pipe or plastic tube must be attached to the Pipe Cutter 110. This is done by pushing the pipe through the center cutter of the pipe cutter. When the tube is in the correct position, close the center hole around the tube by closing the handle.
Now place your left hand on the handle – on top of the machine – while placing the right hand at the start switch. Now press the safety button, then start the pipe cutter on the start button. Press the handle on top, of the machine backwards until the PVC pipe or plastic tube is cut over. Release the starter switch. Immediately, the pipe cutter will stop the rotation, which ends after a few seconds. The center hole around the tube can now be loosened by pulling the handle. Now the PVC pipe can be removed from the pipe cutter.
