Geoweld Plus

Geoweld Plus is the robust high-performance machine for the harsh use at construction sites. It processes sealing layers between 1 and 4 mm thickness with speeds up to 4 m/min. The mechanical drive components, the gear drive and the chains, are completely enclosed and permanently lubricated. Continuously adjustable pressure (long-stroke spring), regulated welding speed und precise heating wedge temperature ensure constant welding parameters over the entire length of the welding seam. The layers are safely guided along the welding wedge by resilient, adjustable guide rollers. The operating position of the resiliently suspended heating wedge is adjustable. The construction is maintenance friendly, all mechanic and electric components can be accessed from the outside.
Exchange of heating wedge or rollers is a matter of minutes. The operation, easy to understand and almost self-explaining and the high performance even under extreme conditions ensure successful
working with the Geoweld Plus.

Geoweld Power

Die Geoweld Power unites compact design, low weight and handiness with high capacity. The machine, with a weight of 5,3 kg only, is out-standingly suitable for all common layer materials and realizes even the most difficult welding tasks such as overhead welding in tunnels, small curve radius and thinnest material, but is also suitable for semi-finished material of 3 mm thickness. Adjustable heating wedge position and resilient heating wedge suspension ensure consistent heating. The ma-terial of the heating wedge is also appropriate for PVC welding, even at accidentally set too high temperature.
The equipment variants consist of different combinations of heating wedges, pressure rolls and pressure springs. You can easily change-over the machine from edge-close welding of thin PVC to overlap welding seams with inspection channel. Equipped with carriage and guide rod the machine can be guided without fatigue on the floor. The sturdy, clear control operates precisely and can be maintained entirely or in individual assemblies. The exchange of the heating wedge, fre-quently a task for precision mechanics is a walkover with Geoweld Power. The same applies to the maintenance of the enclosed chain drive.

Geoweld Power 42 V

The Geoweld Power 42 V is mechanically constructed in the same way as the Geoweld Power. Thus the entire accessory package can be used. With a supply voltage of 42 Volt protective voltage the machine is predestinated for all operation environments where the use of 220 V is excluded for safety reasons, such as humidity, cramped circumstances or regulations . The machine is supplied from the external operation unit via a sturdy cable. Thus the Geoweld Power 42 V is even handier and more lightweight as the Geoweld Power in standard version.
